Onesource Industries Allots 77.5 Lakh Fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis

Onesource Industries and Ventures Ltd has allotted 77,50,000 fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis to three investors. The warrants have a Warrant Issue Price of Rs. 6.10/- per warrant, amounting to Rs. 4,72,75,000/-. The allottees have paid 25% of the Warrant Issue Price, i.e., Rs. 1,18,18,750/-. The warrants can be converted into equity shares within 18 months from the date of allotment. This allotment does not change the paid-up share capital of the company.
