Onesource Industries And Ventures Ltd has appointed M/s Megha Tripathi & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This decision was made during the Board Meeting held on May 30, 2026, where the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. Additionally, the board approved the shifting of the company's registered office within the local limits of Bhopal, effective May 30, 2026.
