Optiemus Electronics MD Resigns, Neetesh Gupta Appointed

Optiemus Electronics Limited (OEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Optiemus Infracom Ltd, has accepted the resignation of its Managing Director, Mr. Gururaj Ayekawadi, effective June 30, 2026, due to health reasons. The Board of Directors of OEL has approved the appointment of Mr. Neetesh Gupta as the new Managing Director, effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gupta, an existing Non-Executive Director and member of the Promoter Group, brings over 11 years of experience in the telecommunications and electronics manufacturing sectors. His expertise in product development, sourcing, and operational management is expected to drive OEL's future expansion and manufacturing capabilities.
