Dilip Nanji Chheda and Nayna Dilip Chheda, acting as Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), have sold 39,85,517 shares of Credent Global Finance Ltd through open market transactions between June 23-25, 2026. This sale represents 6.48% of the company's total issued and paid-up share capital. Following the disposal, their remaining shareholding stands at 2,16,820 shares, or 0.35% of the total capital.
