DP Global Wealth Management LLP Acquires 6.50% Stake in AMPL Capital

DP Global Wealth Management LLP, along with its PAC Mr. Vikas Kataria, has acquired 20,19,060 equity shares in AMPL Capital Limited (formerly Credent Global Finance Ltd). The acquisitions occurred on June 23 and 24, 2026. Following these transactions, their total holding in AMPL Capital increased to 39,97,008 equity shares, representing 6.50% of the company's total paid-up share capital. The target company's equity share capital is Rs. 12,29,22,460, comprising 6,14,61,230 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
