DP Global Wealth Management LLP, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) including Vikas Kataria, has disclosed the acquisition of a significant stake in Credent Global Finance Ltd. The acquisition, executed through an open market purchase, has increased their total shareholding to 3.22% of the company's total diluted capital. The transaction involved the purchase of 19,77,948 equity shares, with the disclosure made as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition was completed on June 12, 2026.
