Oracle FS Software Board Approves Unaudited Results, Director Appointments

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 22, 2026. The board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Key management changes were also approved, including the appointment of Mr. Andrew Mark Morawski as an Additional Director and Mr. Avadhut Ketkar as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term. Mr. Makarand Padalkar resigned as MD & CEO, effective July 23, 2026, with the board expressing appreciation for his contributions. Mr. Manish Bhandari was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. The board also approved the reconstitution of various committees.
