Oracle FS Software Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a total income of ₹26,292 million and a net profit of ₹13,636 million for the period. Key management changes were also approved, including the appointment of Mr. Avadhut Ketkar as the new Managing Director and CEO, and Mr. Manish Bhandari as the new CFO. Mr. Makarand Padalkar resigned as MD & CEO, effective July 23, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Andrew Mark Morawski as an Additional Director.
