Organic Coatings Board Approves Appointments, Director Resigns

Organic Coatings Ltd's Board of Directors met on April 29, 2026, and approved several key changes. Ms. Nivedita Kulkarni was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Additionally, M/s J. J. Gandhi & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, were appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027. The board also noted the resignation of Mr. Dipak K.
