Organic Coatings Declares Un-audited Q1 FY27 Results, Appoints New Company Secretary

Organic Coatings Ltd announced its un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Ms. Kaksha Atulkumar Thakkar as the Whole-time Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The company's results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Statutory Auditors, M/s Soman Uday & Co.
