Organic Coatings Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Organic Coatings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct. The closure will be in effect from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the year ending 31st March 2026 are declared. The board meeting for the approval of these results is yet to be announced.
