Oricon Enterprises Applies for Promoter Reclassification

Oricon Enterprises Ltd has submitted applications to the BSE and NSE seeking no-objection for the reclassification of certain individuals and entities from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. This follows a Board Meeting approval on May 29, 2026. The individuals and entities, including Mr. Surendra Somani, Mr. Varun Somani, and several others, hold varying, mostly nominal, shareholdings in the company. The applications are made in accordance with regulation 31A(8)(c).
