Manan Shah Resigns as Orient Ceratech MD, Continues as Director

Orient Ceratech Ltd announced that Mr. Manan Shah has resigned as Managing Director, effective September 30, 2026, to take on a broader role within the Ashapura Group. The Board of Directors accepted his resignation during a meeting held on September 24, 2026. Mr. Shah will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director. He will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) from the effective date of his resignation. Mr. Shah is related to Mrs. Chaitali Salot, a Non-Executive Director.
