Orient Beverages Ltd announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23 to September 29, 2026, for the upcoming 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The AGM will be held via Video Conferencing. The company also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed M/s Agarwal Anupam & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The appointment of M/s Manoj Shaw & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years was also re-considered and approved, subject to shareholder approval.
