Orient Ceratech Ltd has announced that the record date for the declaration of dividend is September 17, 2026. The company's 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 24, 2026, where the dividend, if declared, will be paid to shareholders on record as of the specified date. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will have the facility to cast their votes electronically from September 21 to September 23, 2026.
