Orient Green Power Invests ₹21.96 Cr in Delta Renewable Energy

Orient Green Power Company Ltd has been allotted 2,19,59,094 equity shares in its subsidiary, Delta Renewable Energy Private Limited (DELTA), in the fifth tranche of DELTA's preferential issue. The investment amounts to ₹21,95,90,940. This tranche is the final one for DELTA's preferential issue, completing the investment. Orient Green Power's equity holding in DELTA remains unchanged at 70%. DELTA is involved in developing renewable energy capacity, including a commissioned 7 MW solar project and an ongoing 17.6 MW solar project.
