Orient Green Power Subsidiary Revises Wind Repowering Timeline

Orient Green Power Company Ltd has been informed by its step-down subsidiary, Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited (Clarion), that the timeline for completing the repowering of 7.8 MW Wind Energy generators has been revised. The Investment Borrowing and Banking Committee of Clarion's Board of Directors approved extending the completion date to November 30, 2026, from the previously committed September 30, 2026. This revision is subject to approval from statutory authorities. The original intimation regarding the September 30, 2026 deadline was made on July 22, 2026.
