Orissa Minerals Appoints GVN Prasad as Nominee Director
Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd (OMDC) announced the appointment of Shri GVN Prasad as a Non-Executive Director, effective September 16, 2026. He replaces Shri Arun Kanti Bagchi and is nominated by Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the ultimate holding company. Shri Prasad, Director (Commercial) at RINL, is a Metallurgical Engineer with an executive post-graduate program from IIM-Kozhikode and extensive experience in marketing operations. He received the Jawahar Lal Nehru award in 2015 for outstanding performance.
