Oswal Agro Mills Appoints Anuj Gupta & Associates as AGM Scrutinizer

Oswal Agro Mills Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 24, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Anuj Gupta & Associates as the scrutinizer for the upcoming 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, and will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Board also approved the appointment of BGMG & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for a term of five years. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM.
