Oxford Industries: Promoter Change, Auditor Resignation & Appointment, CFO Appointment

Oxford Industries Ltd announced significant changes following a Board Meeting on July 17, 2026. Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhary has become the new promoter, acquiring 46.46% of the paid-up capital, while Mr. Mazher N Laila and his PACs have ceased to be promoters. The company also accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. PAMS & Associates, due to geographical constraints, and proposed the appointment of M/s. Lipika and Associates as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Board also proposed shifting the registered office from Maharashtra to Orissa and amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, subject to shareholder approval.
