Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Ltd has announced the postponement of its Board Meeting, originally scheduled for July 25, 2026. The meeting has been rescheduled to July 27, 2026. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report for the same period. Any other business, with the permission of the Chair, will also be discussed. The meeting will be held at the company's corporate office.
