Pace Digitek Incorporates WOS, Completes Inso Pace Acquisition

Pace Digitek Ltd has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) in India, named "TransgreenX Asset Holdco Private Limited", on August 20, 2026. The company also confirmed the completion of its acquisition of the entire equity shareholding of M/s. Inso Pace Private Limited. Following this acquisition, Inso Pace Private Limited has now become a WOS of Pace Digitek. The WOS is intended to function as an asset-holding and project development company in the renewable energy sector, focusing on identification, acquisition, development, and management of energy and infrastructure projects. The acquisition was approved by the Board of Directors on June 20, 2026, and the incorporation of the WOS was also approved on the same date. The consideration for the acquisition of Inso Pace Private Limited was cash, involving the subscription of 10,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each.
