Milgrey Finance & Investments Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 60% equity stake in Fidus Parkland Pvt Ltd. The acquisition, valued at ₹83 Crores, will be executed through a share swap arrangement. Fidus Parkland is engaged in the real estate business, and this move aims to diversify Milgrey Finance's business activities into the real estate segment. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2027. No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this acquisition.
