Padam Cotton Yarns declares Un-audited Q1 FY27 results

Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd announced its un-audited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved a Rights Issue for fundraising, the details of which will be considered in a future meeting. Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Dharmesh Mithabhai Patel as an Additional Director and accepted the resignation of Mr. Anand Manoharlal Kothari from the Board. The reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee was also approved.
