According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Hemal Rajeshbhai Desai has acquired 3500 shares of Padmanabh Alloys & Polymers Ltd. This acquisition represents 0.064% of the total shares and voting rights. The shares were acquired on the open market. The total equity share capital of the company before and after the acquisition remains at 54,13,300 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
