Paisalo Digital Partners LoanKhata for ₹1,000 Cr Co-Lending Facility

Paisalo Digital Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LoanKhata for a proposed co-lending partnership, aiming to aggregate up to ₹1,000 crore. This collaboration is a key step in Paisalo's three-year strategic roadmap to double its Assets Under Management (AUM), total income, and Profit After Tax (PAT). The facility will focus on micro-enterprises and MSMEs, with Paisalo funding 80% and LoanKhata 20% of each eligible loan. The partnership leverages Paisalo's extensive distribution network and LoanKhata's large last-mile ecosystem of over 100,000 retailers and a customer base of over 90 million. This initiative is expected to significantly enhance borrower acquisition and scale Paisalo's operations while maintaining disciplined underwriting and asset quality.
