Paisalo Digital: Santanu Agarwal Re-appointed Deputy MD

Paisalo Digital Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Santanu Agarwal as Deputy Managing Director following resolutions passed at the 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026. Mr. Agarwal, who retires by rotation, has been re-appointed for a term commencing May 6, 2027, and ending May 5, 2032. He holds degrees in commerce and law and possesses a decade of experience in business planning, operations, IT strategy, and risk management. Mr. Agarwal is the son of the Managing Director, Mr. Sunil Purushottanm Agarwal, and holds 4,32,96,000 equity shares in the company. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
