Palco Metals Board Approves Merger Scheme Notice

Palco Metals Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 25, 2026, approved the Notice convening a meeting of Equity Shareholders. This shareholder meeting is to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between Palco Recycle Industries Limited and Palco Metals Limited, as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench. The Board also reviewed and approved associated documents including the Explanatory Statement and voting instructions. The shareholder meeting is scheduled for July 27, 2026, with remote e-voting available from July 24 to July 26, 2026. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is July 20, 2026.
