Panasonic Energy India to Shift Registered Office to Madhya Pradesh

Panasonic Energy India Company Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the proposal to shift the company's registered office from Gujarat to Madhya Pradesh. This move, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, aligns the registered office with the company's principal place of operations in Pithampur, Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh, where manufacturing and business activities have been based since 2022. The shift aims to enhance administrative and operational efficiency. The company will also alter Clause II of its Memorandum of Association to reflect this change. The existing registered office is in Vadodara, Gujarat, and the proposed new office is in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.
