Panasonic Energy India to Shift Registered Office to Madhya Pradesh

Panasonic Energy India Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the proposal to shift the company's registered office from Gujarat to Madhya Pradesh. This move, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, aligns the registered office with the company's principal place of operations in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, where its manufacturing and business activities have been based since 2022. The shift aims to enhance administrative and operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The company will alter Clause II of its Memorandum of Association to reflect this change.
