Pankaj Polymers Ltd: Directors Regularized at EGM

Pankaj Polymers Ltd announced that its members, at the First Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on August 22, 2026, approved the regularization of six directors. Mr. Mayank Chawla was confirmed as Executive Director and Whole Time Director & CEO for five years. Mr. Vikas Garg and Mr. Rahul Nagar were regularized as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Directors. Ms. Richa Kathuria and Mr. Siba Narayan Panda were confirmed as Non-Executive Independent Directors. These directors were initially appointed as Additional Directors by the Board on June 09, 2026, pending member approval.
