Suvidha Infraestate shareholders approve director & secretarial auditor

Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Ltd. shareholders, at their 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Abhijeet Ashokkumar Goswami (DIN: 00376758) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Goswami, who holds 10,300 equity shares, was initially appointed as an Additional Director and will serve from November 1, 2025. He brings over a decade of experience in accounting, management, and administration. Additionally, M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, covering FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The company also provided an updated list of its Board of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel.
