Suvidha Infraestate Shareholders Approve Director Appointment at AGM

Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Ltd announced that shareholders, at their 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Abhijeet Ashokkumar Goswami as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Goswami, who was previously an Additional Director, will officially take on the role of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective November 1, 2025. He brings qualifications in B.A., LLB, Diploma, IT, and over a decade of experience in accounting, management, and administration. He holds 10,300 equity shares in the company and has no directorships in other listed entities.
