Saharsh Estates LLP, a promoter group entity, acquired 24,685 equity shares of the company between June 2, 2026, and June 30, 2026, through on-market purchases. The total value of this acquisition was ₹11,96,126.62. Following this transaction, Saharsh Estates LLP's shareholding in Paragon Finance Limited increased from 5.94% (2,52,378 shares) to 6.52% (2,77,063 shares).
