Paramount Cosmetics Appoints Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27

Paramount Cosmetics India Ltd has appointed Mr. Venkatesh P A, Chartered Accountant, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board of directors approved the appointment during their meeting held on May 8, 2026, where they also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed M/s. Brajesh Gupta & Co. as Secretarial Auditor.
