Paramount Cosmetics Appoints Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27

Paramount Cosmetics India Ltd has re-appointed M/s. Brajesh Gupta & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 8, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Venkatesh P A was re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for the same financial year.
