Parmeshwar Metal Fixes Dividend Record Date and AGM Schedule

Parmeshwar Metal Ltd has announced key dates related to its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. The record date for determining dividend entitlement is set for September 04, 2026. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is September 12, 2026. E-voting will be open from September 15 to September 18, 2026. The 10th AGM is scheduled for September 19, 2026, where a final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share for FY26 will be proposed. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or before October 16, 2026. The AGM will also cover the adoption of financial statements, re-appointment of a director, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, and approval of related party transactions.
