Parnax Lab Appoints Ladha Singhal & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Parnax Lab Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on August 14, 2026. The board approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company granted in-principle approval for the appointment of M/s. Ladha Singhal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s. CN Patel & Co. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026, and the new auditors will hold office until the conclusion of the general meeting in 2031. The 44th AGM will be convened via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM).
