Parnax Lab Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Appoints New Auditors

Parnax Lab Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. Ladha Singhal & Associates as the new statutory auditors, replacing M/s. CN Patel & Co, for a term extending until the general meeting in 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the 44th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.
