Parshwanath Corp Appoints Raj Patel as Additional Director

Parshwanath Corporation Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Raj Patel as an Additional Director to its Board, effective July 30, 2026. Mr. Patel, who holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and expertise in Information Technology and Digital Transformation, will serve until the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Notably, Mr. Patel is the son of the Managing Director, Mr. Rushabh Patel, and the Joint Managing Director, Mrs. Riddhiben Patel. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
