CRAFTROOT RETAIL: Four Directors Resign, Including MD & CFO

Craftroot Retail Limited (formerly Nirbhay Colours India Limited) announced the resignation of four directors, effective May 28, 2026. Mr. Raghvendra Kulkarni resigned from his roles as Managing Director, Director, and Chief Financial Officer due to a change in management. Additionally, Mr. Vipul Jana, Mrs. Sonal Gandhi, and Mr. Divyakant Gandhi resigned as Independent Directors, citing the completion of their respective tenures. Consequently, the three independent directors will also cease to be members of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
