Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q1 Results

Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 12th April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April,2019. The company is required to give prior intimation to the designated depository appointed by the company, i.e. CDSL, at least 2 (two) trading days prior to the commencement of the trading window through an online mechanism. All Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP’s, Designated Employees, connected persons, fiduciary and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during this period.
