Parvati Sweetners: Poonam Chouksey Reappointed CMD for 3 Years

Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Poonam Chouksey as Chairman and Managing Director for a term of three years, effective September 20, 2026, until September 20, 2029. The approval was granted by the company's members at the 15th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. Mrs. Chouksey, who has been a director since 2012, is recognized for her leadership in the agro-industrial sector and her significant role in the growth of the LNCT Group of Colleges. She is also the mother of Mr. Anupam Chouksey (Executive Director) and Ms. Pooja Shree Chouksey (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director). Mrs. Chouksey affirmed she is not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority.
