Pasupati Spinning Mills Approves Directorate Changes

Pasupati Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd announced significant changes in its directorate following a Board of Directors meeting on August 12, 2026. The company approved the continuation of Mr. Chander Mohan Sharma as Whole-time Director and Mr. Anil Kumar Jain as Independent Director, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, Mr. Bhim Sain Goyal has been appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-executive Independent Director for a five-year term, also pending member approval.
