PBM Polytex MD Gopal Patodia Re-appointed for 3 Years

PBM Polytex Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Gopal Patodia as Managing Director for a further term of three years, effective from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 13, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
