PBM Polytex Re-appoints Mohan Kumar Patodia as MD for 3 Years

PBM Polytex Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Mohan Kumar Patodia as Managing Director for a further term of three years, effective from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 13, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Patodia, with over 50 years of experience in textile marketing, has been serving as the Managing Director. The company also disclosed that Mr. Krishan Kumar Patodia and Mr. Gopal Patodia are related to Mr. Mohan Kumar Patodia, and affirmed that he is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
