PC Jeweller Limited has announced the closure of all formalities related to the clearance of its outstanding debt. Following the receipt of a No Objection cum No Dues cum Release Letter from all 14 banks in its consortium, the company has confirmed that all mortgaged assets, personal guarantees, and corporate guarantees have been released. Original title deeds have been returned to the relevant title holders, and all charges, securities, and undertakings provided by the company and its guarantors are now fully released. This marks the completion of all necessary procedures for the debt clearance.
