PC Jeweller Board Approves Director Appointments and Resignations

PC Jeweller Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 30, 2026, approving several key management changes. Shri Soumil Garg was appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director, effective October 01, 2026, for a five-year term, subject to member approval. The board also accepted the resignation of Shri Ramesh Kumar Sharma as Director and Whole-time Director, effective October 01, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed Shri Vishan Deo as Nodal Officer and Shri Kumar Deoratan Singh as Chief Technical Officer. Ms. Pawandeep Kaur was appointed President (Business Development). Resignations of Shri Vivek Jain (Chief Information Officer) and Shri Kuldeep Singh (President - Accounts) were also accepted, effective October 01, 2026. The board also reconstituted several committees.
