Dev Information Technology Appoints Two New Directors

Dev Information Technology Ltd announced changes in its management following its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Jayesh Madhusudan Dave as a Non-executive, Non-independent, Nominee Director, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Dave brings over two decades of experience as a technology entrepreneur and business leader, notably as the Founder and CEO of XDuce Group. Additionally, Ms. Bhawika Ogra was appointed as a Non-executive, Independent Director for a term of five years, commencing October 1, 2026, and concluding on October 1, 2031. Both directors will not be liable to retire by rotation.
