Shree Krishna Paper Mills re-appoints MD Naynesh Pasari for 3 years

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director for a term of three years, effective August 10, 2026, until August 09, 2029. This decision was approved by the shareholders at the 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026. Mr. Pasari, who holds an MBA in Finance from the USA, brings extensive experience in the paper industry, including expertise in business, finance, risk oversight, and governance. He is also the son of Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari, a Whole Time Director of the company. Mr. Pasari is not debarred from holding a directorial position by any regulatory authority.
